What you can do is go to SA38 or SE38 to put in the below program and run it.

Put in the material# and plant.
If you successfully delete the faulty record, you able to see the report generate out.

Delete missing SO# from MD04 screen
If you found out that the cusord# is missing in MD04 screen, it is kind of rediculous situation to happen. The possible reason that this situation can be happened when item already deleted from the SO, but MD04 still capturing the old history or there might be record is not properly save during SO creation due to power failure and PC shut down accidentally.
What you can do is go to SA38 or SE38 to put in the below program and run it.
